The dangers of damaged or malfunctioning hydraulic hoses are well known, and Slingco have a selection of products designed to address these issues.

Heavy duty hose restraint cable grip whipsock

Our open-ended cable grips (i.e. cable grips without an eye) can be fitted along the length of any hose, including hydraulic hoses, to protect them in locations such as building sites and oil field sites where they could suffer external damage.

We also offer Heavy Duty Hose Restraint Cable Grips, which prevent whipping of a pressurised hose if it should ever become detached from its original fitting. These restraints have double, reinforced thimble eye and are manufactured in 316 stainless steel with a multi-weave lattice.
