Slingco insulating blankets are designed to cover irregularly shaped energized equipment that cannot be properly protected with other devices.

They help prevent accidental contact with live conductors, apparatus, or circuits, and can be secured with blanket clamps, pins, or magnets. They are often used in place of insulator covers, cutout covers, line hose, and dead-end covers when a more adaptable protective solution is needed.

Designed for safety and durability, these blankets meet ASTM D1048 standards offering protection up to 36,000V AC.

Made from high-strength, ozone-resistant rubber, Slingco’s Type II Blankets provide flexibility in extreme temperatures. These blankets enhance workplace safety by protecting against electrical arcs, shocks, and flashes, making them ideal for utility workers.
