Slingco cable products and assemblies are found in a variety of industries such as civil engineering, aerospace, construction, transport, vehicle building, the military and the performing arts.
Products include wire rope assemblies and fittings for balustrading, staircases and balconies and support cable assemblies for canopy and tensioned fabric structures. Slingco cable assemblies are also used in the automotive industry for replacement vehicle lift cables, commercial vehicle tail lifts, custom made winch ropes and livestock transporters.
Slingco’s involvement in the construction industry also includes the manufacture of lifting loops and sockets and a range of high quality slings.
Performance critical cable assemblies are an integral part of the Cablenet tension wire grid system, widely used in theatres, multi-purpose venues for secure access to over stage areas, as well as being specified as aircraft control components and in military cable control connections.
Standard cable support grips are available in a range of styles, single eye, double eye, lace-up and rod closing as well as a stronger range of heavy duty cable support grips for heavier applications or use with groups of cables to reduce the strain at the termination connection that could be caused by tension or vibration.
We also offer a range of speciality cable management support grips including stainless steel connector / box grips, conduit risers grips, cord grips, dust free grips and nylon grips are also available for other applications.
